Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a contemplative, soulful, and non-pathologizing approach to personal healing and spiritual transformation. This workshop is designed specifically for spiritual companions—spiritual directors, chaplains, pastoral counselors, and other soul-care workers—who want to explore how IFS can be a model and a process for compassion-based soul care that keeps care providers grounded in our own compassionate essence and invites those to whom we provide care into a deeper connection with the sacred and with their own spiritual essence.

Join us for a contemplative day-long workshop with experienced spiritual director and licensed therapist, Rev. Dr. Bob Gardenhire, III. This workshop is for anyone who is suffering, for professionals who tend to those who are suffering, and for all who may one day experience a season of suffering.
