Finding God in Music

Join us in a time for the power of music to nourish our spirit and connect with God in and through the beauty of Sound, Song and Silence. Drawing from the wisdom of the Celtic Christian Story, we will journey to the well of our own hearts taking time to listen, sing and create new notes and melodies.

Deirdre Ni Chinneide is a trained psychotherapist, spiritual director and facilitator based in Ireland. She has worked all over Europe, the U.S.A, and Australia. She divides her time between the Aran Islands and mainland Ireland offering retreats & performances of Spiritual Music. Trained in Ignatian Spirituality she is also guest director at St. Beunos Jesuit Retreat Centre in Wales. She has composed two highly acclaimed CDs of Spiritual Music: Celtic Passage and I will Sing for You, and has published a book with her sister Mary Kennedy, Journey to the Well: Connecting to Celtic Ways and Wisdom.
