Join us for a day of returning to center through techniques of Ignatian Mindfulness, including Breathing, Visio Divina, and other creative prayer techniques, led by Fr. John Predmore. Senses are our primary inputs to prayer, feeding our heart and mind that beg to be inspired. Imagination unites the two and provides meaning to our experiences of the divine. We will learn how using images, meditation and our senses can help us approach our day, and our relationships from a more grounded perspective, tuned into God, celebrating what’s right with the world, seeing and loving the world as God does.

Father John Predmore, S.J. is a Jesuit Priest of the USA East province, who became a painter and photographer while serving in Amman, Jordan and has continued his work in Boston. He leads retreats, workshops, and conferences using Ignatian Spirituality to teach people to pray by honoring the thoughts, perceptions, and emotions that swirl mostly unnoticed in one’s subconscious world. Fr. Predmore works at Boston College High School as the Chaplain for Ignatian Ministries where he forms parents, faculty and staff, and alumni through spiritual direction and teaching Compassionate Communications. He also teaches prayer and synodality at Creighton University. www.johnpredmoresj.com.

Lunch is included. Registration closes Tuesday, February 16, 2027
